Each print is packed using museum-grade archival materials. We use pH-neutral, anti-static, acid-free glassine paper from ILFORD. As one of the earliest adopters of digital imaging technology for the photographic and commercial wide format markets - ILFORD has been producing premium imaging products since 1879. Wrapping and packaging techniques are special and for your enjoyment and our OCD.
Yes (generally). Our mailing tubes are made of 100% recycled Kraft fiber, tape is not biodegradable, but our packing inserts are reusable or compostable. Sustainability is built into our packaging by design but not compromising function.
Yes. We ship from Singapore to most countries worldwide using registered mail with full tracking. We cover global shipping costs.
Due to the artisanal nature of our authentication and security processes, each order requires 4–6 weeks for completion. We quote conservatively — global market conditions, customs environments, and supply chains are not always predictable. We aim to under-promise and over-deliver. From the date an order is fully ready, expected shipping timelines are below:
- Singapore: 3–5 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Yes. All orders include comprehensive shipping insurance through Singapore Post or DHL. If damage occurs in transit, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery with photographs and your order number. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Yes. All deliveries are sent via registered mail and must be signed for to ensure safe handover.
