Who We Are
What if the next great art movement wasn’t born in paint—but in code?
That question kept us up at night. So we built Rebel Archive to find out.
We're two financial professionals who spent years navigating global markets. One studied English Literature and History, the other Mechanical Engineering with forays into Data Science. We were trained to spot patterns, manage risk, and question comfortable systems.
Here's the problem we saw: AI democratized digital art creation. Barriers vanished. But mass access created an endless stream of meh... social media became the delivery system for the new drug—carbon copies of Instagram images, art, design and a rise in conformity. The flood has only just started.
Our response was Rebel Archive—a curated space to support artists using AI as a tool to communicate their visions. Works that have serious artists behind them, testing, iterating, shaping, and discarding what's not good enough. We bring cultural curiosity fused with technical precision and intense dedication—fanatical, some may say. We don't have all the answers, but we bring to the fight a different set of tactics and have a different lens.
We're building a curatorial committee of unconventional creative minds to wage war on disposable culture, against the mediocre in this visual era. AI artists welcome.
Rebellion isn’t static.
Part of the CC Creative Ecosystem
Rebel Archive comes from Converging Corporations—the same team behind Converging Currents, where we've been writing about art, technology, and culture since 2022. Think of it as our research lab for understanding what happens when these worlds collide.
In May 2023, we proved our theories by launching the world's first permanent NFT gallery inside a private members’ club. Turns out digital art works brilliantly in physical spaces when you approach it thoughtfully rather than just throwing screens at walls.
Now we're applying those lessons to AI art. Same principles: curation is the new creation. AI can generate endlessly—but only human intuition knows when to stop. We're transforming the best pieces into museum-quality physical editions and recording everything through our Triple-Layer Registry on Ethereum for provenance.
We're based in Singapore, we're slightly obsessed with quality, and we think the future of art needs more rebels and fewer gatekeepers.
