Rebel Archive™ stands behind the quality of every work we produce. Each piece undergoes rigorous inspection before it leaves our facility. We do not offer returns or refunds except where required by law or in the circumstances outlined below — the limited edition, custom nature of authenticated artworks makes this a structural necessity.

1. Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact support@rebelarchive.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery with:

• High-resolution photographs of the issue and original packaging
• Your order number and delivery confirmation
• Detailed description of the damage or defect

Claims are evaluated within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit equal to the purchase price. Return shipping for approved damage claims is covered by Rebel Archive.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique, limited edition nature of our authenticated artworks, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except:

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• Where required by applicable consumer protection law
• In cases of verified merchant error

3. Exchanges & Replacements

Where a claim qualifies, we may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or store credit toward a future purchase.

4. EU & UK Consumer Rights

EU customers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 calendar days of receiving goods under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, without stating a reason.

UK customers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Limitations: Withdrawal rights may not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalised. Custom or bespoke artwork may not qualify, while standard limited edition prints retain full withdrawal rights.

To exercise withdrawal rights, contact support@rebelarchive.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, delivery date, and a clear statement of withdrawal. Returns are at the customer's expense unless the item was defective. Approved withdrawals are refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Australian customers are entitled to statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Canadian Customers

This policy operates subject to applicable provincial consumer protection legislation. Some provinces may provide additional rights that cannot be waived.

7. Service Interruptions

In the event Rebel Archive is unable to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including production delays, shipping interruptions, or supply chain disruptions — customers will be offered a full refund or store credit at their choice.
