TLDR: We built a better way to authenticate AI art.

Here's the problem: Anyone can generate AI art. Most of it is garbage. And even when it's good, how do you prove it's real, who made it, and that it won't be reprinted 1,000 times next week?

We solved this by building The System—bank-level artist verification, blockchain authentication, and physical certificates that actually mean something. No more dusty storage cabinets and Excel files used by gallerist and art brokers.

The art world is about to be flooded with AI-generated everything. Most platforms are just algorithmic feeds of similar-looking work, priced the same, with zero curation.

THE SYSTEM: CURATION AS CREATION

We offer curated, AI-generated artworks as limited-edition fine art prints.

1. CURATED, NOT AUTOMATED

Artist submissions are reviewed periodically when we choose—with intention, not obligation. Our curation board evaluates each batch, verifying artists and selecting only the most compelling work.

Even the paper matters: Hahnemühle has been trusted by master printmakers for over 400 years, the substrate becomes part of the statement. Each artwork is paired with specific paper stock through dialogue between creator and curator.

2. THE REBEL TRIPLE-LAYER REGISTRY

An original Rebel will always be known.

Layer 1: Blockchain Fingerprint

  • Each artwork series gets one permanent digital signature on Ethereum. Think of it as a birth certificate that can't be forged or lost. We built our own proprietary Ethereum contract to embed a deliberately minimal image representation of the artwork directly on-chain (the "Fingerprint" image). This record outlasts any company, server, or platform.

Layer 2: Wider Decentralized Off-chain Contract (Master Image)

  • Full-resolution digital print image stored using decentralized IPFS protocols, permanently linked to the Fingerprint, cross-referenced, and securely mirrored in our private registry. No single point of failure.

Layer 3: Physical Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

  • Each print includes a hand-signed COA on museum-grade paper with multiple anti-forgery features: custom brass embossed seal, tamper-evident holograms, and cryptographic dual-code verification. The COA is an extension of the artwork.


3. PRIVACY & SECURITY

Lightweight, Serverless Infrastructure

  • Our private registry operates on secure, serverless platforms with enterprise-grade encryption. No self-managed servers to compromise.

No Third-Party Visibility

  • Internal systems operate through secure APIs with tightly controlled access.

Independent, Encrypted Payment Systems

  • Financial transactions remain completely separate from registry records, protected by PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.


4. VERIFICATION MADE SIMPLE

We built intuitive interfaces—advanced technology stays behind the scenes.

Public Terminal
Anyone can confirm a Rebel artwork exists through our public terminal:

  • View the on-chain image and metadata
  • Designed for zero technical expertise
  • Scan a QR code for direct transaction verification

Private Terminal
Only owners can confirm a Rebel artwork is authentic:

  • Hologram Serial Number (on the print and COA)
  • COA Code (on the certificate)
  • Entering both codes unlocks the private authentication system

5. BUILT TO LAST

  • Every print is produced with obsessive precision using true giclée pigment printing on museum-trusted papers. 
  • Every certificate serves as a cryptographic passport, protected by advanced security measures that would take years to crack—and we throttle attempts far beyond practical feasibility.
  • Behind the scenes: Mandatory 2FA, rotating credentials, multi-party safeguards. What you collect—once verified by Rebel—is secured for permanence.
