Rebel Archive™ is committed to the secure and sustainable delivery of every limited edition artwork. This policy outlines our order processing, production, shipping, and delivery terms. For packaging materials and sustainability details, see our Packaging & Shipping page.

We intentionally set conservative timelines.

1. Order Processing & Production Timeline

Due to the artisanal nature of our authentication and security processes, each order requires 4–6 weeks for completion before shipping. We quote conservatively — global logistics, customs environments, and supply conditions are not always predictable, and we would rather exceed your expectations than miss them.

Initial Processing — 3–5 Business Days

• Order confirmation and payment verification
• Certificate of Authenticity data compilation and preparation
• Production queue scheduling and blockchain registration

Production Phase — 3–5 Weeks

• Print production by certified archival specialists on museum-grade Hahnemühle paper
• Multi-stage quality control review
• Physical security feature integration — brass embossed seal, tamper-evident holograms
• Final quality assurance inspection

Packaging & Dispatch — 1–2 Business Days

• Archival-grade protective packaging
• Secure rolling in acid-free tubes with moisture barriers and shock protection
• Final shipment preparation and carrier coordination

2. Shipping Origin & Carriers

• All orders ship from our secure facility in Singapore.
• We use Singapore Post or DHL Registered Mail for fully trackable international delivery.
• All shipments include comprehensive insurance coverage and require signature upon delivery.
• Estimated transit times begin after production completion and are subject to carrier performance and customs processing.

Estimates may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or global market conditions beyond our control. We quote conservatively and aim to deliver ahead of schedule.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers:

• All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our pricing.
• Customs fees and VAT rates vary significantly by destination and are beyond our control or ability to predict.
• Rebel Archive declares the full commercial value on all customs documents as legally required. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
• Customers must research their country's import regulations before placing an order.

Singapore domestic customers:

• All Singapore orders include applicable 9% GST in displayed pricing — no additional charges.

Customs returns:

• If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, refused delivery, or customs rejection, no refund will be issued and the customer remains liable for all associated costs.
• Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of artwork or luxury goods — customers are responsible for verifying import eligibility.

5. Shipping Insurance & Liability

• All orders include comprehensive shipping insurance through Singapore Post or DHL.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery or attempted delivery to the provided address.
• Rebel Archive is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery, or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses.
• For suspected lost packages, file a claim with Singapore Post first, then send documentation to support@rebelarchive.com.

6. Damaged Orders & Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or materially defective, contact support@rebelarchive.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery with:

• High-resolution photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and any security seals
• Your order number and tracking information
• Detailed description of the damage or defect

Upon verification, Rebel Archive may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion. This warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling after delivery.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

• Ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and capable of receiving registered mail with signature before placing your order.
• Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement by emailing support@rebelarchive.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
• Orders shipped to incorrect or inaccessible addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded and may incur additional reshipment charges.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• All sales are final. Due to the custom, limited edition nature of our authenticated artworks, Rebel Archive does not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of verified shipping damage or production defects.
• Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet commenced. Email support@rebelarchive.com with your order number.

9. Production Delays & Force Majeure

While we maintain strict production schedules, delays may occur due to paper stock availability, extended quality control requirements, or high-volume periods. Global market conditions — including supply chain disruption, carrier network changes, and customs environment shifts — can also affect timelines in ways outside our control.

We will notify you promptly of any delay exceeding our standard timeline and provide an updated estimate. Our conservative quoting practice exists precisely so that most customers receive their work ahead of schedule.

10. Legal & Corporate Information

This policy is governed by Singapore law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. This policy may be updated periodically — customers will be notified of material changes affecting existing orders.
